When You Need Chimney Repairs

How We Do It
We examine the chimney stack from roof level to assess brick stability, mortar condition, and flashing integrity. We rake out damaged, weathered mortar and repoint the joints using strong, weatherproof mortar mixes. We strip out failed leadwork and install custom-folded lead step and apron flashings for a tight seal. We cap off unused flues or secure chimney pots and cowls to prevent rain entry and bird nesting.
What to Expect
Most chimney repointing and flashing repairs are finished within 1 to 2 days, weather permitting.
