When You Need Flat Roof Services

How We Do It
We inspect the underlying timber deck for rot and evaluate the drainage falls across the flat roof surface. We remove failed waterproofing layers and repair or replace any compromised plywood decking boards. We lay high-specification insulation boards followed by a seamless, torch-on felt, EPDM rubber, or fibreglass membrane. We finish all perimeter trims and flashings to guarantee a watertight seal against parapet walls and fascias.
